About Us

Our mission is to bring out virtue, strength, and courage in women. To help them identify their talent and gifts by assisting them in achieving their goals and dreams. We hope to motivate women who have been incarcerated and are facing challenges with re-entry back into their various communities. Our focus is on women who have been abused and are facing low self-esteem, rejection, poverty, insecurity, and self-imprisonment. Our main goal is to put in place resources that will enhance their ability and enable them to become productive in their own lives and to society. We wish to accomplish this mission by effectively equipping them with the proper counseling, training, and education needed. Some of the programs that will be organized for these women are adult literacy programs (reading and writing) basic computer learning, tie and die, hair braiding, knitting, pastry baking and agriculture. We believe to raise funds by public sales, and other fundraisers programs. The grants fund will be used to finance these training programs. That will give them the knowledge and empowerment in their effort and capability to overcome things that held them in captive. To transform their minds and give them a sense of purpose which will enable them to positively function in their communities and world wide. They will have the ability to recognize who they are as women, that they are intelligent, hardworking and have the strength to make the world a better place.
